Technology Trainer
Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Technology Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Machine Learning (ML), Data Science, and Python programming, combined with a keen interest in teaching and mentoring others. This role offers the opportunity to travel and engage with diverse audiences, providing training in cutting-edge technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging training sessions on Machine Learning, Data Science, and Python programming
- Develop course materials, training documentation, and hands-on exercises for learners at various skill levels
- Provide one-on-one mentorship and support to trainees, answering questions and offering guidance
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in technology and programming to ensure training content remains relevant
- Travel to client locations and events to conduct on-site training workshops
- Assist in evaluating training effectiveness and modify programs based on feedback and learner progress
Skills Required:
- Basic understanding of Machine Learning (ML) concepts and frameworks
- Proficiency in Data Science, including data analysis, visualization, and statistical methods
- Solid foundation in Python programming and its application in technology training
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex topics in simple terms
- Fluent in English, with the ability to engage an international audience
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for teaching and mentoring others
- Willingness to travel for training assignments and workshops
Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. Additional certifications in Machine Learning, Data Science, or Python programming are a plus.
Additional Skills:
- Experience in creating educational content such as videos, tutorials, or online courses
- Familiarity with other programming languages and technologies is an advantage
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues during training sessions
